Abstract

|
We describe a challenging case of myelitis in a patient with an unusual presentation, including distinctive, atypical MRI in the entire spinal cord with disseminated patchy lesions, and we review the literature regarding the radiological or clinical aspects of similar cases of rare myelitis.
